Panel Build
All the control panel builds are designed and built inhouse at Adbro. We can build panels to clients design if required.
Jar Vision Inspection System
This system check for label, tamper seal & date code presence. Any failures are automatically rejected.

We use inventor for CAD.
Palletiser Control Panel
This system used Allen Bradley PLCs. Parker ACR9000 motion controller and Parker Aries servo drives.
Control Panel Commissioning
Installation & commissioning of large roof top chiller system for cooling chocolate biscuit packing line.
Indexed 3D Vision System
Installed in France to monitor the shape of the BN biscuit.
Large CIP Control Panel
System included Citech SCADA PC, B&R PLC & Yaskawa inverters.
Yaskawa Inverters
We have experience in a wide range of vendor inverters.
Electrical & Pneumatic Design
We use Eplan for our electrical & pneumatic schematics.
Bottle Vision Inspection System
Used to detect the integrity of the tamper seal. Bottle sample rate was 6 bottles per second.
Clamp Vision Inspection System
Vision inspection system for turbo clamps.
Continuous Oven Retrofit
This included temperature, damper & burner control.
3D Broken Biscuit Detection
3D visualisation of broken biscuit, detected and rejected by vision system.
Sick Ultrasonic Transmitter
Used to monitor and fill liquid PVC tank. Can achieve a standard deviation of 0.1mm.
Machine Build
We can carry out new machine builds or retrofits of exisitng systems
SCADA Screen
Wonderware Intouch SCADA screen.
Generator Control System Upgrade
This was for five 1MVA generators and included syncronisation and G59.
Plant Relocation
Process plant being removed from the first floor during a relocation project.
Car Chassis Part Presence Detection
Checks for the presence and correct location of welded on sub components on a section of a car chassis.
Motion Controlled Vision Inspection
Used to monitor the shape of the McVities Hob Nobs bars.
Safety Laser Scanner
Enables a safe zone without the need for guarding.
New PLC Panel
PLC control panel.
Dual Redundant UPS System (8hrs +)
Provides backup power for critical control equipment.
Palletiser Retrofit
Retrofit consisted of control system upgrade and mechanical service.
Onsite Support
Fault investigation on a Rotorq valve.
Food Jar Inspection
This system check for label, tamper seal & date code presence. Any failures are automatically rejected.
Programmable Safety Relay
Pilz programmable safety relay.
PVC Hot Dip Control System
Control system retrofit and mechanical overhaul.
Ball Mill System Upgrade
Upgrade included control system and safety devices.
Vision Inspection HMI Screen
This screen shows the defects (red border). These defect are rejected later in the prosess.
Vision Based Gap Measurement
Measures gap between two parts to ensure corrrect assembly.
